Not long ago I was reading about Domino’s Pizza and their efforts with their phone apps on what they call “frictionless ordering,” or the Zero Click App. You can read about it here.
The assumption is if you order pizza from Domino’s, you’re probably going to order what you did before. So when you open this App, because it knows you via your profile, starts a countdown to place the same order you had last time.
What if you could do that with United Way donations? The App knows you; you’ve logged in…maybe even it identifies you and says “Hi, Gary — last year you gave XX. Unless you click in 10 seconds to change, this year’s pledge will be the same.”
